TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By completing our application signup form you agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of your application and the information that is supplied on your application form is true and correct in every aspect.

*Subject to the following terms and conditions*

1. Submitting your application will serve as a valid and binding agreement between the Applicant named on the electronic form and Planethost, after completion thereof by the applicant and receipt thereof by PlanetHost.

2. The services will be provided by PlanetHost, with effect from the date on which the applicant receives an account number. The first payment (preferred by EFT) in terms hereof will become payable on receipt of an invoice and effected within 3 days thereafter.

3. Payment for services will be made monthly in advance *before* the 1st (first) day of the month by EFT. Proof of which must be emailed or faxed to PlanetHost. (if by debit order - for purposes of which the authorisation for payment hereafter is completed and submitted to PlanetHost as part of this application).

4. PlanetHost reserves the right to, without notice, suspend all its services if payment in terms of paragraph 3 hereof is not duly effected on due date thereof, and to terminate this agreement forthwith and without notice if such payment is not effected on or before the payment date in terms of this application becomes due and payable, and/or if such payment is not also duly made on due date thereof. A reconnection fee of R 120.00 will be levied to re-establish the service/s. Should PlanetHost be requested to transfer any website/s, a transfer AWAY fee of R195.00 becomes payable before such action is effected.

5. Subject to the provisions hereof, the service/s will be provided on a month-to-month basis, during which the service/s will be automatically renewed unless terminated by *either* party in writing by giving 1 (one) calendar month’s notice.

6. PlanetHost hereby excludes liability for any reason whatsoever arising from the provision of the services in terms of this application or otherwise any warranties or representations hereto other than specified in PlanetHost’s Internet Service Agreement.
